FOR THE STIR FRY:
• Shrimp
• Veggies: onion, broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms
• Peanuts
• Brown rice or brown rice noodles
• Sesame or canola oil
FOR THE SAUCE:
• Soy sauce
• Rice vinegar
• Peanut butter
• Honey
• Fresh ginger

Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces & de-vein shrimp if needed.
