Step 1

Toast pecans on a sheet pan in the oven.

Step 2

Add toasted pecans, vanilla extract, all the spices, molasses & salt in a food processor.

Step 3

Process until smooth. At first, it will look coarse (like the photo above).

Step 4

After 10-15 minutes of pureeing, it should become smooth & drippy.
