OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was so freaking good. I know I say that like every day. But it really was!
I know this sounds weird, but it was really good! I feel like that’s a common theme on my blog 😉
Kidney Bean Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 whole pita (or sandwich thin split in half)
- Kidney beans
- Tomato sauce
- Feta cheese
- Zucchini (sliced)
Instructions:
Start with a pita (one large or two mini) or a divided sandwich thin. Top it with a layer of kidney beans.
Then add some tomato sauce!
Followed by a sprinkle of feta cheese (mmmm):
And then topped it off with sliced zucchini!
Pop it in the oven (or toaster oven, like I did) for 10 mins at 400 degrees.
Once it’s out, devour immediately, “mmmm”-ing the entire time. YUM!
NOM NOM NOM!!!!
