Hurricane Sandy Fundraiser

Hello everyone!

I’ll be back tomorrow (Monday) with a normal post, but for now I just wanted to share that I decided to host an auction here on the blog to raise money for those affected by Hurricane Sandy. I’ve been so saddened over the past week watching the news about all the people who have lost their homes and their loved ones and I thought that maybe I could at least do a small part towards helping those in need.

Please click here to see my Hurricane Sandy Relief Auction Fundraiser page – 100% of the proceeds (after shipping) will be donated to the American Red Cross and there are a lot of fun items up for bid, from brand new workout shoes and clothes to free product coupons to a month of advertising here on fANNEtastic food!

If you have a blog, Facebook page, or Twitter account, please help spread the word about this auction, will which run until Thursday, November 8th at 6 p.m. EST. Thank you in advance for your support!

Also, please let me know if you have any issues using the online bidding system I set up. I’m new to all of this so I hope it works! 🙂

    Hi Anne, I tried to get into the auction and its not working as of 1:15pm. We have alot of family in NJ and PA that were affected and we apprecate this. Thank you for doing this!! Amanda

    Hi Anne, I am a big fan of your blog! I live in New Jersey and have seen how the storm caused major devastation for so many people. I think your fundraiser is an awesome idea. Not only are you donating to people who truly need it but you are also getting the word out and encouraging others to help as well. Sara
